What Causes Obesity

There are many causes of obesity. One of the main causes of obesity is too much calorie intake and not enough calories burned. When you take in too many calories and you’re not burning any off than those calories turn to fat, in turn causing obesity.

Obesity in America has skyrocketed. The fast pace Americans are living in may have contributed to the reason why obesity in America has increased. Most people are working more hours, leaving them little time to do any exercises or time to come home and cook a healthy meal. After they have worked a long day at the office, they run to their nearest fast food restaurant and grab dinner. Fast food is mostly high in fat and sugar. Obesity in America, it’s not just limited to America. It’s spreading globally.

Obesity symptoms

Obesity symptoms are as follows, excess body fat, you know if you’re carrying around a lot of extra weight. You feel uncomfortable, it’s hard for you to do anything without being out of breath. A few other obesity symptoms are, heavy sweating, do you sweat a lot? The extra weight can trap the heat in making it harder for your body to cool down, making you sweat heavy. Obesity symptoms don’t stop there. Pain in your joints is another symptom. Your carrying extra weight and that causes the weight to put strain on your joints causing the pain.

There is hope out there. There are some solutions to obesity if you’re struggling with it. Don’t think diet. Diet isn’t the answer or the solutions to obesity. The main factor and solutions to obesity is first, change your lifestyle. It’s not easy, but slowly you will see results. Start at home, get rid of all junk food, cookies processed food. Replace that with some healthy fruits and vegetables. If you have junk food around, of course you will eat it. Remove it all. With fruits and vegetables as a healthy snack it will be easier to grab an apple when you feel the need to snack. Solutions to obesity can be as easily as adding active things to your lifestyle. You don’t have to enroll in a gym. Start off by walking. Walk around your neighborhood, its free and healthy. Start off slow because your body isn’t use to working out. Start your morning off by walking a half hour before you start your day. If you do it in the morning, then it’s out of the way and you got your workout in. Do that a few days a week to start off, then increase it by adding more days and time. These are just few starter solutions to obesity.
